Reporting to the Director of HR Technology within Human Resources, the Sr. Workday HCM Systems Analyst – Healthcare will partner closely with Information Services, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and leaders across clinical operations. The Sr. Workday HCM Systems Analyst – Healthcare will own configuration, optimization, integrations, security, reporting, testing, release management, and change enablement across Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time & Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and related modules—while supporting friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team with position management, staffing models, and data integrity that power patient-centered care.
